Dr Pei Lin Wang provides comprehensive assessment and management for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults and children 9 years old or older.

Dr Wang is among the first group of General Practitioners in South Australia selected to undertake advanced ADHD training through the SA Health and Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) ADHD GP training pathway. This program enables specially trained GPs to diagnose ADHD and prescribe appropriate treatments.

This initiative was introduced to improve access to ADHD care and reduce long waiting times for psychiatrist assessments.

ADHD Assessment Pathway

Step 1 – ADHD Screening / Initial Consultation

Purpose:
Initial discussion of symptoms, screening for ADHD, and review of relevant medical and mental health history to determine whether a full diagnostic assessment is appropriate.
